Event host(ess) is welcome to bring in food and drinks for guests as well as any decorations Any alcoholic beverages MUST stay inside the event center at all times, only being consumed by guests 21 years of age and older All event center rentals must have an insurance policy to cover the possible damages incurred by renter and/or guests. This policy is in lieu of having to pay a deposit along with the rental fee.

Event Center Rentals include: Table and chair set up Use of small refrigerator and bar area 2 bathrooms Post event clean up
